Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

• We accept exchanges for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags attached to be eligible for a return. Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days or more have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange. All sales are final for Masks, Hats, Food Items, and Sales/Clearance Items.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 2-3 business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Standard Shipping rates cover the 48 Contiguous United States. International Shipping and Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and other US Territories may incur additional fees. International Shipping and Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US Territories do not qualify for any shipping promos. 

Canceling Orders

• Orders are not able to be cancelled 8 hours after placement due to the shipping process initiating at that time. This includes pre-orders.
